What makes us different?
Location - USA. Enough said.
Product Catalog – Ever order
a part only to find out later that it doesn’t
fit your car? We have detailed pictures and product
descriptions for each item to take all the guesswork
out of picking the right parts for your ride.
Stock/Inventory – With our detailed
stock updates, you can be sure that your order will
get to you in time for the next race day. If an item
is not in stock, we always let you know how long it
will take. That way YOU can make the call whether to
wait or order elsewhere. We want to do business with
you, but we want to make sure that you get what you
need when you need it even more.
Backorders – That dreaded word.
Should your order contain an item that is out of stock,
we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock
immediately. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped
as soon as they arrive.
Shipping – All shipments are
made using USPS Mail. We understand the excitement of
getting new toys in the mail, so we try to get your
order to you as quickly and economically as possible.
Priority shipping will be the fastest (2-3 days), but
our USPS Budget shipping uses First Class mail for all
packages under 13oz. and Parcel Select for anything
heavier. Budget shipping can take up to a week; but
if you're not in a rush, it's a great option for shipping
smaller orders. Unfortunately we are not responsible
for missing items after orders go through international
customs. If there are any missing items on your order
before we ship them, we will remove them from your order
and refund the amount (for international orders).
Contact – We are always busy,
but we never forget why we’re here: the racers
(ourselves included). When we’re not racing, we're
out there getting you the best parts available. Our
automated e-mail notification services will keep you
informed about your order status, but should you have
any outstanding questions or concerns, feel free to
contact us.
