This is a single 2x6x2.5mm bearing for the front wheels of your 1/28 scale car. Avid RC's high speed bearings have been designed to optimize high performance at a very affordable price. These front bearings only have a shield on one side in order to decrease friction and increase your car's speed. Just make sure to use the shield towards the outside of the wheels on both sides.
